Earth Day Tote

Happy Monday! I'm looking forward to tonight's Los Angeles Modern Quilt Guild meeting because we're having our first swap of the year. In celebration of Earth Day this month, we're swapping reusable tote bags.  The only rule was that it has to be pieced or quilted. There are so many talented people in the guild that I'm really looking forward to seeing the totes.

I made mine using the Michael Miller swatches I shared with you recently, I just love these bright colors and the cheery prints! I also made the tote reversible - here's a peek at the inside showing a larger scale print of the veggies.

I'm linking up to Megan's blog for Sew Modern Monday - check out what other folks are working on!

  2. Those veggie prints are great! And the perfect thing for a tote for the farmer's market. Have fun at your meeting!
